How does the weekend just fly by so quickly, gosh were we not only on Monday but in February as well? Wow, right? Ok so now all the Valentine stuff starts to happen, and a lot of people hate this time of the year, for many reasons. I think for some because it's overrated, others because they don't have anyone special, and are jealous. A few well probably more than a few have someone, but that someone doesn't really acknowledge what this day means for their loved ones. Just A Day Away!
Oh yes, baby! One more day until my birthday ;) wow, it's come so fast, it was just William's birthday not too long ago, and now mine. Then Christmas will be here and then New Years', and before you know it, it'll be Valentine's. Yes, that's how fast it all goes. Gosh, where does the time go? Does time really speed up as you get older? So I woke up this morning groggy as always lol, but then realize it's like 60 something today, although the temperature is supposed to drop. I poked my head out the door as William left for work, and I can feel the warmth in the air, I was like wow! It won't last but it was nice. In California, if we had this kind of sudden change of weather we'd all be saying "earthquake weather" lol, seriously and then one would follow like not too long after, few days or something. Happy Thankgiving!
Turkey day, happy gobble gobble day lol, for those of you who do celebrate it, Happy Thanksgiving, for those that do not, have a lovely day :) This year I am spending Thanksgiving here with William, we will be making our own Thanksgiving dinner, his first in his home, he's had this house for 4 years and never made a Thanksgiving dinner, so this will be the first and a historical occasion. This will be a whole new experience for both of us. Last year I was at my sisters', and before that the previous 3 years were in England and as you all know they do not recognize our Thanksgiving day, but that is okay, we don't recognize their Guy Fawkes day either, so yeah. Anyway, I found out that William isn't too partial to Pumpkin Pie *the horror* seriously because I love Pumpkin Pie, I make my own, but now what's the point if he won't have any :( Continue Reading
Early Bird, Gets The Worm!
Ok so my day did start pretty early, as it usually does. I'm on the laptop already starting a post. I'm really glad I did laundry this weekend, because there is a lot I'd like to do online, my stuff, plus helping out Alice with her website as well. Not to mention doing a bit of shopping online, got to take advantage of what I can online. I don't have a car at the moment, and well William uses his truck to get to work, so I have to do some of my shopping online. I have things to sort out before I even consider getting another car. I left my other car back in California, trust me it would of never made the road trip to Massachusetts. Besides it would be creepy driving cross country alone *shivers* so I'm best off like this, well sort of lol. New Moon, Star Trek!
I meant to post yesterday, but then a lot came up and I didn't get to. So now I am doing it late in the day lol. My title is about films, so many coming out and have came out. Star Trek for one, The Plan, New Moon! All I plan to see, but tonight I will be seeing Star Trek, yippie! Oh and my birthday is like 2 weeks away, and I'm excited, because lots of special things are going to happen, well I hope *wink* but yes I am very excited about all these films coming out, I am a big Battlestar Galactica fan, so The Plan is going to be awesome, and well who don't like Star Trek? William is a Star Trek freak, no i'm kidding he isn't but he is a very big fan. Omgosh and New Moon, wow, I love the books, all of them, adored the first film, bought it, now New Moon!!
