February, the month of love, ahhh! Another excuse to go shopping lol. Last month I posted, what once. See I must do better than that. Organizing - I am working on it. I have moved the Christmas stuff I bought on clearance down to the basement, but I still have to go down there and find a bin for it, as I don't want it to sit in bags, that just won't do, and William wouldn't like it either. It is over, finally!! The holidays anyway!
Happy New Year!! Yes, the big holidays are over, but we have another round of holidays coming up now. Valentine's and Easter, more spending? LOL Does this ever end, it seems to be a continuous circle lol. I need to do a lot less of it, though, keep the cash flow out to a minimum and the cash flow in on high gear lol. I am hoping for more sales now that I am finally getting around to listing stuff on Ebay. Speaking of spending. I was at Dollar Tree over the last 2 weeks, and just yesterday we were in there, and they already have Valentine and Easter things, some people say they gave seem St. Patrick's Day merchandise as well. Haha, dang I tell you. I did pick up a few things for Valentine's to decorate, I don't think I will for Easter because we don't have kids, so it seems pointless. Lol. Hello February 2014!!~
I know it's the 4th, but better late than never, and I just wanted to say hello to the new month. So we had snow last night, it's so very typical here in Mass to get snow in February. I absolutely love the snow, and it looked beautiful last night, the trees looked so pretty with snow on them. I will have to add a photo so you can see how pretty they are. I'm charging my phone at the moment, but I will show you them. It reminds me of Christmas, how the trees have just enough snow on the branches and just look so pretty. That snowfall was one storm we had, we are expecting another storm supposedly on Wednesday, but I am looking at the blinds and I see lovely sunlight coming out, so not sure if that storm will hit. Happy Spring? Maybe? Yes?
Happy spring everyone! At least it's supposed to be spring, it's still a bit winter here. Yesterday was the first day of spring, and as I look out my window I see some snow on the ground still, and yet earlier today I was looking online and I seen that were supposed to be getting another storm coming through, so I might be getting more snow, if not snow, then rain. So when does my spring actually begin? I really don't know. I think our spring over here in the East Coast is probably going to be very short, I'd rather have a longer Spring and a short Summer. If you read my blog posts at all you know I really don't like the humidity here, sometimes you can literally cut it with a nice it's not that sick. Snowmageddon 2013!
LOL, inside joke. Well Williams work friends were all talking, and one comes up with Snowmageddon, and another comes up with Snowpocalypse LOL. I found it so funny, I just had to use it for a title. Even though the blizzard of 2013 is no joke. Thousands of people without electricity and heat, it's just horrible and scary. But the city is helping. Yesterday, the Governor declared everyone stay off the road after 4 pm, as some places experienced white out, and it was wiping around like crazy out side. We got over 20 inches of snow here, other places lots more. So I took some pictures last night, and some short clips, just for my own stash lol. But also took some today, when we went out so William can dig the truck out as well. The snow looks absolutely gorgeous!
