Snowmageddon 2013!
LOL, inside joke. Well Williams work friends were all talking, and one comes up with Snowmageddon, and another comes up with Snowpocalypse LOL. I found it so funny, I just had to use it for a title. Even though the blizzard of 2013 is no joke. Thousands of people without electricity and heat, it's just horrible and scary. But the city is helping. Yesterday, the Governor declared everyone stay off the road after 4 pm, as some places experienced white out, and it was wiping around like crazy out side. We got over 20 inches of snow here, other places lots more. So I took some pictures last night, and some short clips, just for my own stash lol. Windy, Warm & Rain? How Odd!
Ok so I am as thrilled as the next Fall lover that Fall is finally here, but the last few days, have been odd, especially yesterday and today. Warm and windy for Fall. I mean the first few days of last week were really chilly, I mean so chilly that I thought we'd get an early Winter, but then after that it changed lol. Now I have my hair up with a hair clip, that is how warm it is. But at the same time, I can hear the wind outside, which sounds so amazing, I just love it! I really want to go out and take a walk and just take pictures! I absolutely love love love the Fall! It's nice, at least it's not humid, yuck! Lol. So apart from that, I just closed my contest I was having on Youtube. Now I just need to put all the glitter mixes that the girls sent to me as an entry, that is going to be a lot of fun. April Showers In June? Come On, Really?
You know I love April, and May, and I can deal with the showers that come with those months, but June and it's raining? Why? The world is going to end soon I'm telling you!! Or this year the weather is just out of wack! Maybe both lol. I had plans to go out this weekend, but they have been cancelled with the way the weather is, so I put myself to use in the house and rearranged the room, moved this out and this in, that type of deal. I'm happy with it, I still have a few things that need to find a new home. And they shall! Last night I worked on practicing the 'nail' thing, and I'm getting there, it wasn't on my own finger. I figured out a way to make that silly tip stick to the artificial finger, it was being so stubborn. Don’t Be Such A Big Tease!
Did Mother Nature fool us again? Just when you thought, 'Wow Spring is here', we get hit with cloudy days, cold nights and possibly some rain! Come on my dearest Mother Nature, give us a some warm sunny days. I'm sure they will come eventually, but how about now? Don't be a big tease! Seriously, just when I'm telling William, "Heck yeah I'm ready for some BBQing", then suddenly the weather changes. I put on a sweater, close the windows and I'll probably pop on the heater so I stay warm! What a disappointment. I know what you are thinking? Why can't she just be patient? I don't have an answer!!
