I think many can agree the weather has just been crazy. Today, for instance, I woke up to thunder, lightning, and rain. And just yesterday, it was super sunny and hot. It was so hot I had to close the living room curtains because when the sun gets to that side of the house, it cooks the house. It is like that every year, the sun that is. The thunderstorm is another story. All through May it has been raining, and cold. It's unusually cold for that time of the year, which postponed working on the yard. Yesterday, my husband took out the bags of mulch and placed them near the areas where he is going to work. Weigh-in #6 – Keeping On Track
Life is so busy, I forget to post my weigh-in progress in a timely manner. Some things are unavoidable. But as you see by the title, it has been another successful weigh-in. Sometimes I don't know how I can manage my time better. I have a lot of distractions that cannot be helped. Moving on to the weigh-in, here is my latest weigh-in photo. This photo made my legs look weird lol. Those are the kitty slippers I was talking about in another post. I have my eyes on a pair of Hello Kitty slippers similar to these. These are very comfy by the way :) I lost 2.7 lbs, I am happy with that. I have to admit I am a little worried about Sunday's weigh-in. I say this because we had rice a few times this week, not a lot, like 1/2 cup. We haven't eaten rice in about 2 years, just has a lot of carbs. Merry Christmas, See You In 2023
I am wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, and a prosperous New Year. My husband is off for the next 10 days, and we are going to enjoy each other's company, and try not to get into each other's way, as that can happen sometimes. I try to give him some space, and let him do his thing. Our Christmas has been nice so far. Just last weekend, we went to my in-laws for our annual Christmas luncheon, it was very nice. We had a great time, and I recorded everyone playing the game, that was so much fun. I lost, but my husband won, which was very cool. I think I gained like 15 pounds, and we still are going to my sister-in-law's on Christmas day for our Christmas luncheon. Speaking of gaining weight. I Have No Excuse
I do have reasons though. Reasons for not posting until now. There is so much going on, that I am really not going to get into much of it. Besides the fact I was away from here and YouTube, we did do some DIYing to our bedroom and that took up time because we did do it ourselves, my husband did most of it, bless his heart. We are happy with the results. Today I have been doing a lot, and I am tired. I don't feel much like posting but I thought I should write something, let you all know we are doing fine. We just have been really busy. Plus I had slacked off on my listings, I sold things and sent them out, but I hadn't been adding stuff, so this week that is what I have been doing. Birthday & Cleaning up YouTube Videos
My birthday was 6 days ago, it was really nice because I spent it with the person I wanted to spend it with, my husband. My gosh, it's so weird calling William, my husband. But at the same time, a dream come true. I may not have had a big ideal wedding, but I am happy, and that is what counts. My mother passed away quite a few years ago, so it wouldn't have been the same. I won't lie, I would have wanted a bigger wedding, it just didn't happen and well that is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. I have the perfect husband, and I will take that over a big wedding any day. He gave me a gorgeous bracelet for my birthday!
