There is so much that has gone on. In my last post, I had Momo in the basement recovering from surgery, I worried a lot about his eye. I feel cats should have all their senses to survive in the wild. Well after a week of recovering, and hoping the medication helped Momo's eye, it was time to release him. It appeared as if his eye was healing, but after releasing him into our backyard, and keeping an eye on his eye. I didn't notice it healing up more. I am so sick with worry for Momo, and recapturing him, would be difficult, I would need a different trap to use, more of a drop trap, which is what I should have purchased originally, but it is what it is. And now I am trying to find someone to lend me it or save up to purchase one. Happy New Year! 2022!
Here we are into 2022. I pray that this year is better for everyone worldwide. The last 2 years have not been that great, it is insane how much time has gone by since things have gone wacko. I don't know what other way to put it. Our Christmas was nice, at home together. I enjoyed my husband's time off from work, and I know he needed it so much, he works hard, and a lot. So vacation is precious to him. I think he enjoyed it very much. I spent my time updating my fanlisting script on both my fanlisting collective and my web directory, so they are done, with a few minor issues but fully running. I am happy about that. I had also cut down on some fanlistings and applied for a few more. I may close a few more as well, I have a few ideas. Happy birthday Jesus! Thank you for all that you have given me in my life. Merry Christmas everyone, I am so sorry I am late coming here to write a post, but here I am. We were going to spend our Christmas eve with my sister-in-law and her family, and then someone at my husband's work turned out getting COVID from his son and didn't notify the company until later. So now everyone is upset because it has changed their plan for Christmas. Now people can get angry, but in all honesty, this could be a blessing in disguise. The way I see it now is, our plans were altered for a reason. Only the good Lord knows why they were changed, anything could have happened, from an accident to gosh death, God forbid. Is Being Busy An Excuse?
It is for me. I have been so busy, I have not had time to read the Bible. With it being Easter yesterday I decided to spend time reading the Bible. Did I mention I have been reading the Bible? I had to go back and glance at my last post, and yes I have talked about it. The Bible I posted is one I like reading. I love it, it is a beautiful Bible. Since my last post, I have added 4 more Bibles. After researching and visiting a few Christian websites, I learned there are various translations so I became curious. One of my favorite websites is the Blue Letter Bible, I go to it on a regular basis, and they have a smartphone app as well. There is so much content on that website, that it is the only Christian website you will ever need. However, I like to look around through other Christian websites as well. OMGoodness! 11 Days Until Christmas!
I cannot believe how fast time has passed, in some ways I am happy because it means things can get better. However, I feel like some things will stay the same. It has not felt like Christmas I am sorry to say. We did do some decorating. We did not put out lights outside, we just didn't feel like it. I was okay with that. But we did do a little decorating inside. We did not put up our traditional Christmas tree, we went with a faux pencil tree, and it looks quite cute if I don't say so myself. 11 days until Christmas, are you looking forward to it?
