Ever since we moved into this place we didn't know if the chimney would be working, and well about a week ago we found out that is it working, just needs to be swept, so the Chimney sweeper is coming today, about 3pm, Alice won't be here as she is going back to the city at 4am so I got to wake her in about 2 hours, so I may just stay up until then. We talked well more like yelled a few times, but finally calmed down, and hugged and trying to work though things. She has some issues with her mother, and I know she is hurting over it, and she wants to be alone to deal with it, but to be 100% honest, I don't want to leave her alone, I really think she needs someone with her, to support her spiritually and emotionally. I guess it had been building up for some time now, ever since she told me what she did on that phone earlier in the week, it really got me so depressed. It's been building up to the point that I finally just blurted it out! We were on the phone off and on today, and she had been so pissy with me and I didn't know why, where was it coming from? I tried to be patient and understanding. I realize she has many things on her mind, I don't kid when I say many. In about 6 days she will be off work for 3 months, special leave, which makes me happy because she will be able to be here, at her real home, where she belongs. Back to the phone call, I had formatted her computer or that is restored it when she was here last week. Back To London
Aww she just left back to London, I can't believe how quickly time passes by. Although she left in a very good mood, and I am in a very good mood, we got excellent news, that will give us the opportunity to visit California, not for long but long enough, I've wanted her to meet my family, especially my sister and her partner, so that's really great, won't say much more than that for now as it's all new still, and want to be doubly sure about it, even though we are already positive. I'm excited, so very excited it's going to give us an opportunity for a lot when we get back, more about that another time too. Wee Fireworks
Even though Alice is working tonight, we didn't get to enjoy watching the fireworks today, but thats ok I am not too familiar with the English holiday. But it was nice to see them outside the window, and hear them. I did call her and talk to her for a little while at work. In about 2 days or so, I'll be making a trip to London, to go see Alice, and gather somethings for her to come down home, she'll be off for 10 days ;-) I'm so happy finally we will get to spend a nice chunk of time together. We go loads to do here though, we got a wardrobe and a bed to put together, it takes to do it, so I can't do it myself, although the first time I did put the bed together, then we found out, we go the wrong size mattress, and this was after I spent like a 2 hours putting the bed together (6) yeah it got me so upset, because not only did I put it Continue Reading
Double Rainbow
Oh we had such a great time, we turned out not going on friday, because Al was so tired from that weeks work, so we decided to leave on saturday, needless to say lots of things were said and done, but we managed to get there and have a good time. Soon as we drove up and found our pit, a double big rainbow came over ther camp it was gorgeous! Unfortunately I didn't get a shot of that, because I was upset with Al, for something that happened earlier. Regardless we mananged to put the tent up, which was not hard at all, you were right Kasee it was as easy as sticking poles in the ground and putting the strings around them, literally lol. Our tent wasn't one of those complicated ones so that made it much easier.
