We always get humid weather here, most of Summer is humid, sad to say, but at least it is Summer. We take advantage of the days that are nice enough to sit out on the deck. Today we have the sun coming in and out. But it is about 82 degrees, and the low is expected to be 70 degrees, which is quite warm, which makes me concerned for my ferals outside. They are smart though, they find a cool place and stay there most of the day, and begin to come out when it gets cooler. Or when they are getting really hungry, I wouldn't say starving, because I feed them daily. Today, at about 10 am, my husband fed Sammy, I am glad he came around because he looked a bit skinny and needs to put my fat on his body, he also came around yesterday late afternoon. My Heart Breaks For Those Abandoned
I am sure you can imagine what I am referring to? That would be the major disaster happening with Afghanistan. I cannot believe the President just abandoned all those Americans and allies over there. What was he thinking? He wasn't that is the problem. Who would do such a thing? Those people must be so scared, and I am 100% sure that some have been executed already, but we don't know about it, and probably won't. May God watch over them all. Oh my gosh, we had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Although I really miss my family, and I know they are all with loved ones. Well except for my oldest brother which I am pretty sure he and my father went to my middle brothers house for Thanksgiving. I don't like knowing any of them spent it alone. As for my sister, she spend it with her partner, and I with my honey! On Williams side of the family, his mom was at home, as she had to work the first shift for the crazy Black Friday sales, yikes, but went home about 9 am so I am sure she is resting up. Will have to save her a nice plate of Thanksgiving dinner. Last and never the least is my mother, even though she is not with us, she is in spirit. Happy Valentine’s Day and OH MY GOSH!!!
Has it really been that long? Wow I have kept myself so busy, that I don't post in my blog. OK well with new year, new changes, and that includes this blog. I will have to take time out to blog on it, what is the point of having it, if I don't do that. Things change in my life, and I need, no I want to post about it. Olive Garden Birthday Dinner
I took my wonderful William, the love of my life to dinner at Olive Garden for his Birthday, you all need to go check out this restaurant if you have not, it is amazing, the food is fresh, and prepared perfectly! I started off with wine tasting, ad after tasting, I had to have a glass, it was sweet and tasted so good. I had a glass of Moscato Primo Amore, I must buy myself a bottle!! I was that good! Will have to go back sometime but until then there is a new french restaurant in town we weill try. I have to share our plates with you all, I had the Herb Grilled Salmon, I love sea food, as long as it's cooked and not raw, hehe.
