I have been MIA, I have been so busy, with getting married, then putting off the reception until this past weekend, and in between setting up my other YouTube channel, while still posting on my 1st YouTube channel, just super busy. I probably could have written a short blog, but I just couldn't get around to it. Forgive me. As I mentioned we got married in May, and this past weekend we had his family over for a BBQ (reception). Happy Mother’s Day
We are having terrible weather on this Mother's Day, however, that is not taking away from it being Mother's Day. I choose to stay home today, as my honey took his mother to visit his Grandmother. She's been dealing with some heavy stuff these days with the nursing home case, so we have tried our best to support her and keep her company. At her age it must be scary to have to deal with things alone. We were able to find a good nursing home abuse attorney that comes well recommended. They're a friend of a friend, and they're taking good care of us. The old lady doesn't always know exactly what's going on but we try our best to tell her she doesn't need to worry about things too much, and we'll let her know when her input is needed. Trump won, all said and done!
There you go, very simple. Trump won. I woke up at about 3 am to feed Lily and Daisy, they have strange hours and Lily will make sure we hear her lol. Got up, turned the TV on, and there it was. Trump won! Few minutes later, he came out to speak, I'm glad I got to see that live in real time. And yes we are Trump supporters. I don't need or want to debate about any politics with anyone, we are just happy with the results. All day today, all I see is negativity, and hate. Some threatening to move to Canada, I feel if that makes them happy, I wish them well. People were unfriending each other based on their political views, wow right? Come on, grow up! Happy Mother’s Day 2014
Here it is again, another year without my mother, God Rest Her Soul. I miss her like crazy, there is so much I wish I could of shared with her. I know she is looking over all of us. But, yes there is a but, but having her physically would of been great. I would of loved to take her out to lunch, make this day so very special for her. It is special, I had an amazing mother, she did the best she could. I love her for giving me life. I will always miss her, she is often in my thoughts and even in my dreams from time to time. I love you always mom! I also wanted to mention my sister and her partner that also stepped in as mother figures, they adopted 3 children that are full grown now and moved on with their families.
