This weigh-in was successful. I am happy with the results, that is what I like. Even though the previous weigh-in wasn’t what I wanted, it is what it is. I have to go back, look at what I am eating, and adjust again. I track all my meals, and I have mentioned this several times. I will probably mention it again in the future. You never know who stumbles onto your website and doesn’t know that, so I think it is okay to repeat. Now for the photo.
A thumbs-up smiley means I am happy. I lost 1.6 lbs, not a 2 lb loss but still, it is very close. So far so good. I feel the difference. I guess that will keep happening. I won’t make this too long. it is a pretty simple post. I did want to say that I was looking for my kitty slippers, as those are the ones I wear when I weigh in, and I wanted to use them again. So in the next photo, it will be different. Unless I get another pair, and I have been eyeing a pair of Hello Kitty slippers. We will see. Until next time.
