Happy 76th Birthday Mom, RIP

October 8, 2019 by Emily Leave a Comment

I cannot believe how many birthdays I have missed with my mother, God rest her soul. I really do miss her. I am married mom, you would love William! I know he would love you too! Fall is here, October is here, and 3 birthdays this month. My mother (RIP), then my husband and my nephew Mike share a birthday on the same day, wow! My nephew has a little girl, and she is the sweetest little thing too. I am going to take a break and continue this post when I return. It is the next day when I started this post. I have so much going on, sometimes I feel I never finish things, but if I am so busy, I must be accomplishing something, right? ;) It is Friday the 5th, and we are having our first frost tonight, my husband went to get whatever was left in the garden. poor thing had oral surgery today, so I am trying to baby him as much Continue Reading

Can’t Help Being Busy

September 25, 2019 by Emily Leave a Comment

As I write this, I was doing some changes to my blog theme because it wasn't supported by PHP 7, so I needed to change the theme, even though I absolutely loved the previous theme, I am sad it is gone :(. I still have the posts to deal with. I am doing it on my own, so it is trial by error. I know today is September 23, 2019, and I haven't posted since the 1st. I had 2 other websites today to work on, plus I am dealing with so much that I just don't have time for it all. I need to really consider reducing what I have that keeps me so busy. I am trying to make my reseller business a priority. I not only sell on Ebay, but Poshmark and Mercari as well to help sell my things faster. It takes time to cross-post, but I am doing my best manually. I am about out of time tonight, as I was trying to get 1/2 of a Fall wreath done, I'll post a Continue Reading

I Am So Guilty!

August 1, 2019 by Emily Leave a Comment

I have been MIA, I have been so busy, with getting married, then putting off the reception until this past weekend, and in between setting up my other YouTube channel, while still posting on my 1st YouTube channel, just super busy. I probably could have written a short blog, but I just couldn't get around to it. Forgive me. As I mentioned we got married in May, and this past weekend we had his family over for a BBQ (reception). It went really well, it was their first time visiting our quaint little home, and they loved it. The weather was great a little hot at times, but inside it was cooler, especially for Williams grandmother who is now my grandmother, she is quite a person, funny too. They were so sweet and gave us wedding cards, and omgosh they were so generous, everyone was amazingly too generous which btw they didn't have to Continue Reading

Mother’s Day, Eloping, & More Rain

May 12, 2019 by Emily Leave a Comment

The last few days have been so nice, I wish that weather was happening over the weekend, so my honey can enjoy it, plus he has outside work he wants to do, and he hasn't been able to because of the rain, that comes every few days, blah. Happy Mother's Day! This is my 17th Mother's Day I will be missing without my mom, God Rest her soul, and may she be reunited with her parents and her cat Juliet. I miss her so much!! Mom I love and miss you! Last year we set a date to get married, we chose May 16, 2019. We had no intentions of having a big wedding but I did wanted some diamond wedding rings for us to remember, as we are past that time in our lives, even though we have not been married prior to getting together. So it is essentially our first. Which is nice because we want it to be our one and only. Come July 2nd we will be Continue Reading

Spring, Rainy Easter, and DIYing

April 23, 2019 by Emily Leave a Comment

Happy Easter

That sums it up. I love Spring don't get me wrong, I loved it more when I lived in California and I was actually able to enjoy it heh. Spring here is different, it is wet lol. We get a lot of rain, a day or so of just cloudy days, and then a day or so of very sunny ideal Spring weather. I would never leave here without my honey, it is home regardless of the weather. Moving along, below are some DIYs I did that I will talk about in my blog, they were so much fun to do. I had such awesome inspiration, and tutorials. This Easter was raining and I hope the kids got to go somewhere it wasn't raining to enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt. Because I cannot picture them out in the rain looking for eggs. That does not sound like it would be fun. Hey, at least it is not snowing. I have been a bit MIA lately. I was busy, to be honest. Rushing to Continue Reading
