Here we are into 2022. I pray that this year is better for everyone worldwide. The last 2 years have not been that great, it is insane how much time has gone by since things have gone wacko. I don't know what other way to put it. Our Christmas was nice, at home together. I enjoyed my husband's time off from work, and I know he needed it so much, he works hard, and a lot. So vacation is precious to him. I think he enjoyed it very much. I spent my time updating my fanlisting script on both my fanlisting collective and my web directory, so they are done, with a few minor issues but fully running. I am happy about that. I had also cut down on some fanlistings and applied for a few more. I may close a few more as well, I have a few ideas. So Much Going On In The World
I get this COVID-19 has flipped all our lives upside down. But 2020 doesn't seem to stop with these bad surprised that keep popping up. It has to be one of the worst years in history, I could be wrong, but in my history, it is lol. I am very disappointed in 2 companies. Probably more but I'll just chat about 2. Walmart - we are signed up for unlimited free delivery, and I have been taking full advantage of that. The delivery drivers have been for the most part on top of the game with the exception of 2 deliveries where they delivered to the front door instead of the side door as specified in my orders. But they are filled correctly and very happy with how they have picked out my produce. My issue today is the web browsers and app not allowing me to get through check out. It’s Fall Ya’ll, Finally!
I was beginning to wonder when Fall would actually hit us here in Massachusetts, at least where we are. And yes it is here, it is cold and my hands are drying up faster now. I have to continuously moisturize them or they can get bad, same with my legs and arms. This is our first Fall in our new home, it is so super exciting. We get lots and lots of leaves fall in the backyard, my honey mows them up and throws them into the little forest behind us. We did see what it was like during the Winter as we got the end of Winter time here. It was very deceiving, the yard is much bigger than it looks. It is one of those illusion type things lol. Hobby Room at a Crawl
We have been in our new house for 2 months now, and I still don't have my room set up. This is because now I realize lol, that I have too many things, and I tend to hold on to things I no longer need, and are not functional, apart from looking pretty lol. I am a girly girl, and well I cannot help that. I am sure many ladies can relate, right??? Lol Besides going through things, I would like to give away to friends, but I don't because I am on a budget and cannot ship things to everyone for free, I decided the majority will be donated to Salvation Army, it feels good to be able to donate, rather than throw in the garbage. I would encourage everyone to do the same, we can all make a difference and give a little here and there. Packing Is Tiring! Got To Get It Done!
Packing is tiring! That is an understatement. I am pooped every day by the time my honey gets home. Packing up this room is so much work, I have so much CRAP. Lol okay, it isn't crap, but some stuff I can and will give to Goodwill or Salvation Army. I am almost done, though, so happy :) It is the next day, March 14, 2017, and we did go to Salvation Army and donate some items, but we left a box and a wall mirror we wanted to donate, so that will go next week. I finally got a chance to visit a few Dollar Tree stores, as my honey does do some shopping there too, and I buy stuff I am in search of and picked up a few things for others as well. The Dollar Tree that is going to be closest to our new home, seems to get the new things in so that is really exciting.
