My birthday was 6 days ago, it was really nice because I spent it with the person I wanted to spend it with, my husband. My gosh, it's so weird calling William, my husband. But at the same time, a dream come true. I may not have had a big ideal wedding, but I am happy, and that is what counts. My mother passed away quite a few years ago, so it wouldn't have been the same. I won't lie, I would have wanted a bigger wedding, it just didn't happen and well that is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes. I have the perfect husband, and I will take that over a big wedding any day. He gave me a gorgeous bracelet for my birthday! Damages, Renovation, Broken Computer, Will This Ever End?
I don't even know where to start. I guess at the beginning. Well, we have been living here for just about a year now. We love our house! It is a small house, we don't have kids so it suits us for now. In the future sometime we may possibly move again. Okay so moving on to what is going on. First, it is the weather we had recently with extremely high winds, so windy that a lot of trees have fallen around town, including in our yard. We were home at the time this happened it must have been around 7 pm, I was in my hobby room as I usually am about that hour, and I hear this loud crash. I thought to myself, did a car just run into something outside, because I didn't feel the house shake or anything, so a car running into the house was not possible. Birthdays, Shopping, Holidays ~ WOW!!
We not only have the holidays rolling in but birthdays as well. My moms birthday was last week. I didn't feel much like posting about it, I have done it every year whether it be for the day or a day or week after. So here I am again. Missing my mom like crazy. I have missed out on having a mom for a lot of special occasions. But you know what I realized just a few minutes ago. My mom is seriously in a better place. Regardless of what anyone says or thinks or believes. She is in heaven with our father God. And because she is there, she is not here where the world is truly going to shit. I hate even talking about this in the same breath as talking about my mom. But the world is really crazy, and I don't see it let up anytime soon. It’s My Birthday Week – Weee Yay!
It came so quick, I wasn't even thinking. My birthday week really should have started Monday, but since Monday was still November, it didn't feel like it much. Now that it is December 1st, it does lol, even though it is only 3 days away, wow right? So much for a weeks worth of birthday stuff haha. I know a few people that have a birthday this week, well this month actually. I told a Facebook friend, I should change it to birthday month but that is getting to be too much. Olive Garden Birthday Dinner
I took my wonderful William, the love of my life to dinner at Olive Garden for his Birthday, you all need to go check out this restaurant if you have not, it is amazing, the food is fresh, and prepared perfectly! I started off with wine tasting, ad after tasting, I had to have a glass, it was sweet and tasted so good. I had a glass of Moscato Primo Amore, I must buy myself a bottle!! I was that good! Will have to go back sometime but until then there is a new french restaurant in town we weill try. I have to share our plates with you all, I had the Herb Grilled Salmon, I love sea food, as long as it's cooked and not raw, hehe.
