Weigh-in #12 – Not As Much As I Had Hoped!

March 28, 2023 by Emily Leave a Comment

Even though, it wasn’t as much as I had hoped to lose. I still lost weight. My husband thought I was disappointed when I got off the scale. But he completely misunderstood my expression. It is so weird. People all my life have gotten mixed messages from my facial expressions. I don’t like that about myself, but it is, what it is. We discussed it and cleared the air, which made me happy. He may have been a bit frustrated about it. But I prefer to clear the air.

Now, the weigh-in. I think there may have been a day or two where I may have left things out. So I would blame myself. Even so, I still feel it is a WIN because I am still losing weight, even though it wasn’t as much as I would like. I try to average 2 per week, this week was only 1.3 lbs, which is okay. I went from 296.0 to 294.7 lbs. I can’t wait to get out of the 290s. Now the photo.

So there we are, another week done. Now to look forward to this week, and try to stay on top of things. I am so tired right now. I did a lot today, and when my husband got home, we put together a cat tree, one of the parts didn’t line up, go figure. But overall it is complete, the part that doesn’t align correctly will just have to be fixed and maybe another hole drilled, so it is secure. We shall see.

Daisy and Lily, have claimed parts of it before it was finished. It was so cute to see them get excited about something new. Aww, I love my girls so much. Although we may have to move where both cat trees are and put them almost next to each other, so they don’t attempt to jump from one to the other, they can get hurt that way. I will probably mess around with that. Safety first.

Well, that is about all the time I have. Putting the cat tree together with my husband ate up a chunk of my time to be on the computer. Until next time. Take care.

God Bless
Emily
